Are the testers real people?
Yes. Real people on their own Android phones. They opt in through your link, install your app from Google Play, open it, and keep it installed for the 14 days. No emulators, no device farms, no bots.
What do I need to send you?
Only your closed-testing opt-in link — it looks like play.google.com/apps/testing/your.package — or just the package name. If your closed test uses an e-mail list instead of a link, we send you 12 Gmail addresses to add in Play Console.
How fast do they join?
All 12 join within 24 hours of receiving your link, usually much faster. You can watch the tester count grow in Play Console. If they haven't joined within 24 hours, you get a full refund.
Will Google count them toward the 14 days?
Google's rule is 12 testers opted in continuously for 14 days with the app installed. Our testers stay opted in and keep the app for the whole period, and the proof screenshots show it. We are not affiliated with Google and can't speak for its review — we can promise what our testers do.
Do I get feedback?
Yes — short written notes from three of the testers (what they did, what they'd change). Handy for the "what did you learn from your closed test" questions when you apply for production access.
What does it cost, and are there more fees?
$39 one-time (about ₪149), paid through PayPal with a card or your PayPal balance. No subscription, nothing charged again. Need more than 12 testers? +$2 per extra tester — e-mail us after your order.
What if something goes wrong?
If the 12 testers haven't joined within 24 hours of receiving your opt-in link, e-mail hello@alphamf.com and we refund the full $39, no questions. Details in the terms & refunds.
