Terms, refunds and privacy

In short: you pay $39 once through PayPal. You send us your Google Play closed-testing opt-in link (or package name). Within 24 hours of receiving it, 12 real testers opt in and install your app, and they keep it installed for 14 days. If the 12 haven't joined within those 24 hours, you get a full refund on request.
PlayTesters (testers.alphamf.com, the "Page") is operated by Alpha M.F. Ltd, Ben Tsiyon Blvd 14, Tel Aviv, Israel ("we", "us"). By using the Page or buying the service you agree to these terms.
1. What you buy
Twelve (12) testers — real people using their own Android devices — who opt in to the closed test of one app of yours on Google Play, install it from Google Play, open it and keep it installed and opted in for 14 consecutive days. You receive, by e-mail, opt-in and install screenshots for each tester and short written feedback from three of them. Extra testers beyond 12 can be ordered by e-mail at $2 per tester.
2. Price and payment
The price is $39 (USD), one time per app. It is not a subscription and nothing is charged again. Payment is made through PayPal (with a PayPal account or a card, as PayPal offers). We never see or store your card or bank details. PayPal may convert the amount into your currency under its own terms; the ₪149 shown on the Page is an approximation.
3. What we need from you
After paying, you give us the closed-testing opt-in link of your app (play.google.com/apps/testing/…) or its package name — on the Page or by replying to our confirmation e-mail. If your closed test is limited to an e-mail list, we send you 12 Gmail addresses to add in Play Console; the 24 hours then start when those addresses are added. The app must be available to the testers' country and device from Google Play; if it is not, we tell you and the 24 hours start once it is.
4. Delivery: within 24 hours, or your money back
All 12 testers join your closed test within 24 hours of our receiving your opt-in link (or of your adding our addresses). If they have not, e-mail hello@alphamf.com and we refund the full $39 on request. Refunds go back to the original payment through PayPal, normally within 5 business days of your request; your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. Nothing in these terms limits any right to cancel or get a refund that you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live.
5. What we can and cannot promise
We promise what our testers do: opt in within 24 hours, install, open the app, keep it installed and opted in for 14 days, and provide proof. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Google, and we do not control Google Play's review of your application for production access, its policies or how it counts testers. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. You are responsible for your app complying with Google Play's policies and for anything the app does on the testers' devices; please do not send us apps that are illegal, harmful or that harvest testers' data.
6. Privacy: what we store
When you continue to payment we store your e-mail address, the date and which search or ad (if any) brought you to the Page. After you pay we store the PayPal order and transaction ids, the amount and status, and, when you send them, your app's name, the opt-in link or package name and your notes. We do not store your name, card, bank or postal address. PayPal processes your payment under its own privacy statement. We use this data only to deliver the service, e-mail you about your order, handle refunds and keep the records the law asks of a seller; we do not sell it, share it for anyone else's marketing or add you to mailing lists. The Page sends us small anonymous counters (for example "someone tapped the price button today"), not tied to a user id, cookie or your IP address; your browser's local storage keeps, on your device only, your e-mail and order while you pay so the Page knows them when PayPal sends you back. Our server keeps standard access logs for a short period. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires; an e-mail that never led to a payment is deleted on request or within 12 months. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, e-mail hello@alphamf.com; we answer within 30 days.
7. Changes and contact
We may change or take down the Page at any time; an order you already paid for is still delivered or refunded. If we change these terms, we update the date above; the terms shown when you paid apply to your purchase. Questions: hello@alphamf.com.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without prejudice to any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
